How To Complete Your Profile

Introduction

After creating your account on the 10Alytics Learning Management System, also known as the Student Learning Portal, the next step is to complete your profile, enroll for your preferred course, and make payment.

This guide will walk you through how to verify your contact information, complete your profile setup, select a course, choose a payment plan, and upgrade your LMS account from a Free User account to a Paid Account.

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Once you have submitted your registration details, you will be prompted to complete your profile before proceeding further on the LMS.

• Verify Your Contact Information: You will be asked to verify both your email address and phone number. To complete this step: Click the Verify button → Check your email inbox for the One-Time Password, also known as OTP → Check your phone for the OTP sent via SMS → Enter the OTP codes in the required fields → Click Next to continue.

  This verification step helps confirm that your email address and phone number are correct and active.

• Select Your Time Zone: Next, select your correct local time zone. It is important to choose your accurate time zone because this helps the system place you in the correct peer group, also known as a pod. It also ensures you can clearly see the correct time for your live classes based on your selected class schedule.

  For example, if you selected the EU Morning Class at 11:00 AM WAT or the NA Evening Class at 6:00 PM WAT, the system will automatically convert the class time to your local time zone based on your location. This helps you know the exact time your live classes will take place in your own country or region.

• Upload a Profile Picture: You will also be required to upload a clear profile picture. To upload your picture: Click the Choose Photo button → Select a clear or professional photo from your device → Upload the selected picture → Click Next to continue.

• Profile Completion Confirmation: Once your contact information has been verified, your time zone has been selected, and your profile picture has been uploaded, your profile setup is complete. Congratulations! You have successfully created and completed your LMS profile. At this stage, you are registered on the LMS as a Free User.

Step 2: Enroll for a Course

Now that your profile is set up, let’s get you enrolled in a course.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Head over to the course catalog on the LMS.
2. Take some time to browse through the available programs.
3. Pick the one that best fits your career goals.
4. Click the Buy Now button on the course you like.
5. On the next page, click the Enroll Now button at the top right corner.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll be taken to a secure payment page to complete your enrollment.

Step 3: Make Payment

After selecting your preferred course, you will need to complete payment to confirm your enrollment.

• Customize Your Enrollment: On the payment page, select your preferred training cohort and choose a payment plan that works best for you (Available payment options may include; One-time payment, Two installments, Five installments). Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

• Adjust Currency and Payment Dates: If necessary, you can toggle the currency option to match your local currency (such as Naira, USD, GBP etc). This allows you to see the exact tuition equivalent in your preferred currency. You may also have the option to adjust your next payment date if the default billing schedule is not convenient for you.

• Review and Confirm Your Payment Details: Before proceeding with payment, carefully review the full payment breakdown. Please confirm that: 

  a). Your Full Name is correct

  b). Your Email Address is correct

  c). Your Phone Number is correct

  d). You have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. 

  Once everything is correct, click Pay Now.

• Complete Your Payment:  Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. Follow the payment instructions displayed on the screen to complete your transaction successfully.

• Upgrade to Paid Account Status: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a success message. Your LMS account will also be automatically upgraded from a Free User account to a Paid Account.

This confirms your enrollment, and you can begin your Onboarding Checklist Process, and access the learning resources available for your selected program.
