Overview

This article walks you through the full journey of enrolling in a 10Alytics Course, from browsing the course catalog to completing payment, verifying your email, setting up your learner profile, and recovering your password if you ever get locked out.

Browse & Select a Course

Step 1:  Visit the Website

Open your web browser and go to www.10alytics.io. This is the 10Alytics homepage where your enrollment journey begins.

Step 2:  Click ‘Enroll Now’

Locate and click the ‘Enroll Now’ button in the navigation bar.

Step 3:  Browse the Course Catalog

You will land on the ‘Learn In-Demand Skills’ page, which is organized into:

• All Courses — view the full catalog
• Coding Career — GRC, software and data engineering programs, etc.

• Non-Coding Career — Healthtech series, business, HR analytics, and management programs, etc.

  

Step 4:  Select Your Course

Scroll through the course cards and choose the program that fits your goals.

Tip: Look for 'Bestseller', 'Trending', and 'Popular' badges to identify the most in-demand programs.

Review Course Details & Enroll

Step 1:  Review the Course Page

After clicking a course card, you will be taken to the full course detail page, showing the program overview, student ratings, price, available cohort dates, and number of slots remaining.

Step 2:  Click ‘Enroll Now’

When ready, click the orange ‘Enroll Now’ button on the course page. You will be redirected to create your account, or sign in if you already have one.

Create Your Account

Step 1:  Redirected to Registration

After clicking ‘Enroll Now’ on the course page, you will automatically be taken to the registration screen.

Step 2:  Sign Up with Google

For the fastest registration, click the ‘Google’ button and select your Google account. Using Gmail prevents email access issues.

Step 3:  Or Register Manually

If you prefer not to use Google, fill in the form fields:

• Full Name - Your legal name
• Email - Gmail is strongly recommended
• Phone Number - must be your active WhatsApp number, as it is used for course communications

Step 4:  Agree to Terms & Conditions

Check the ‘I have read the 10Alytics Terms and Conditions’ checkbox.

Step 5: Complete Security Verification

Check the Cloudflare ‘Verify you are human’ checkbox.

Step 6:  Click ‘Sign Up’

Click the orange ‘Sign Up’ button to submit your registration. A secure password will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.

Note: Use a Gmail address to avoid access issues. Your auto-generated password will be emailed to you. Check your inbox after signing up.

Select Cohort, Currency & Payment Plan

Step 1 :  Select Your Cohort

After signing in, you will be taken to the cohort/payment plan selection page. Choose your preferred cohort, this is your course start date.

Step 2:  Choose a Payment Plan

• Full Payment — pay the full amount upfront (qualifies for additional benefits and can save more)
• Installment Plan — spread payments across multiple months for more flexibility

Step 3:  Select Your Currency

• USD — US Dollar
• GBP — British Pound
• CAD — Canadian Dollar
• EUR — Euro
• NGN — Nigerian Naira (pay via Paystack with local card or bank transfer)

Step 4:  Adjust Your Next Payment Date (Optional)

If you are on an installment plan and need to shift your next due date, find the ‘Change my next payment date’ section at the bottom-right of the page. Click the calendar and select a date that works for you.

Apply Discount Code & Complete Payment

Step 1:  Scroll to the Discount Code Section

On the checkout page, scroll to the order summary on the left side to find the discount/promo code input field.

Step 2:  Enter and Apply Your Discount Code

Type or paste your discount code into the field (for example: 10ALYTICSOFF20) and click ‘Apply’. The discount will be immediately reflected in your order total.

Step 3:  Confirm Your Details

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Verify that the following details are correct:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Step 4 :  Click ‘Pay Now’

Once your details are confirmed, click ‘Pay Now’. You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway.

Step 5:  Complete Payment

• Stripe — for international card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enter your card number, expiry date, CVC, and cardholder name, or use ‘Pay with Link’ if you have saved payment details.

• Paystack — for Nigerian Naira payments via card or bank transfer.

   

Email Verification

Step 1:  Check Your Inbox

After successful payment, you will be redirected to an email verification screen. Open the inbox of the email address you registered with.

Step 2:  Find the 6-Digit Code

Look for an email from 10Alytics containing your 6-digit verification code. If you do not see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 3:  Enter the Code

Type the 6-digit code from the email into the verification fields on your screen.

Step 4:  Resend the Code if Needed

If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, click ‘Resend’ on the verification page to get a new code. Once verified, you'll be automatically redirected to complete your profile.

Complete Your Profile & Onboarding

Step 1:  Access the Profile Setup Page

After email verification, you will automatically be redirected to the complete-profile page where you set up your 10Alytics learner account.

Step 2:  Fill In Your Profile Details

Enter all required personal and background information. Completing your profile helps instructors and career coaches personalize your learning experience.

Step 3:  Work Through the Onboarding Checklist

Complete each item on the onboarding checklist to get familiar with the 10Alytics platform, your course materials, and available resources.

Step 4:  Take the Readiness Quiz

Complete the readiness quiz to assess your current knowledge level and confirm you're fully prepared to begin your chosen program.

Forgot Password & Account Recovery

Step 1:  Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and navigate to www.10alytics.io/login.

Step 2:  Click ‘Forgot Password’

On the login screen, look for the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom of the login form and click it.

Step 3:   Enter Your Registered Email

You will be taken to the Forgot Password page. Enter the exact email address you used when registering, then click Submit.

Step 4: Check Your Email for the Reset Link

A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox and Spam/Junk folder, then open the email from 10Alytics and click the reset link.

Important: The reset link expires after 60 seconds, or immediately when a new link is requested. If your link has expired, return to the Forgot Password page and request a fresh link.

Step 5:  Reset Your Password

• Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field
• Re-enter it in the ‘Confirm Password’ field

• Click ‘Reset’ to save your new password

  

Step 6:  Log In with Your New Password

You will be redirected back to the login page. Enter your registered email address and new password, then click ‘Login’ to access your account.
