Overview

To finalize your setup before your first class, you'll need to complete the Onboarding Checklist on the student portal. It only takes about 30 minutes and gives you access to your WhatsApp group, classroom, and Pod group.

1. Log In

Step 1:  Go to the Student Portal

Open your browser and go to https://www.10alytics.io/login

Step 2:  Sign in with Your Registered Email

Enter the email address you used when you registered your account, along with your password, to access the student portal.

2. Complete the Checklist

Step 1:  Open the Onboarding Checklist

Once logged in, locate the guided onboarding checklist on your dashboard.

Step 2:  Work Through Each Item

Ensure to complete each stage of the checklist and mark off each step to move to the next.

      Stage 1.  Watch the welcome message video from Our Founder “Adeiza Suleman” to get you started on this new career path. Once the video ends, click the check box at the bottom, then click the 'Next' button to access the  next stage

  Stage 2.   Meet your team. These are you facilitators and course coordinators. They are here to support you through your learning journey. 

Stage 3.  Download and install the required tools by clicking "Watch Video" for a step-by-step guide. If you already have the latest version of an application installed, click "I have this tool" to bypass the video. Once finished, click the Next button to unlock the next stage of the checklist.

Tip: Watch each video completely before moving to the next one. Once a video ends, the 'Watch' button will turn green. You must finish all videos to activate the 'Next' button and proceed to Stage 4

Stage 4.  Read through the class etiquette and communication guidelines to familiarize yourself with the professional standards we maintain, as well as our ground rules and Terms & Conditions.

Stage 5.  The escalation path walk you through how to submit a ticket to support whenever you encounter an issue or need any assistance.

Stage 6.  Complete the Readiness Quiz to finalize your onboarding. The first question requires you to confirm if you have installed all required tools. Select 'Yes' and upload the screenshot evidence. 

Tip: If you have gotten to this stage and haven't downloaded the required tools, just click 'No' to bypass and move to the next question. The Installation video guide is also embedded in the lms dashboard.

For best result, create shortcuts for all the required tools and arrange them side by side on your computer desktop, Then take one single screenshot that captures all the required tools together in one image. Upload the image, and click the next button to move to the next question. 

3. Join Your Community Groups and Classroom.

Step 1:  Click each 'Join' button to enter your:

• WhatsApp group — for course announcements and communications
• Classroom — for live sessions with your instructor and cohort

• Pod group — your smaller peer support and accountability group

  

Step 2:  Click 'Go To Dashboard' to access your learning materials.

4. Access Materials

Step 1:  Click 'Continue Learning'

From your dashboard, select 'Start Learning' to move into your course content.

Step 2: Review Section Zero (0)

Section Zero (0) contains pre-recorded content designed to prepare you before your first live class. Work through this material ahead of your cohort start date.
