How To Change My Password

Step 1: Go to the login page: Open your browser and navigate to https://www.10alytics.io/login

Step 2: Click Forgot Password: On the login screen, look for the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom of the login form and click it.

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email: You will be taken to the Forgot Password page. Enter the exact email address you used when registering, then click the “Send Reset Link” button 

Step 4: Check Your Email for the Reset Link: A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox and Spam/Junk folder, then open the email from 10Alytics and click the reset link.

Important: The reset link expires after 60 seconds, or immediately when a new link is requested. If your link has expired, return to the Forgot Password page and request a fresh link.

Step 5:  Reset Your Password

• Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field
• Re-enter it in the ‘Confirm Password’ field

• Click ‘Reset’ to save your new password

  

Step 6:  Log In with Your New Password: You will be redirected back to the login page. Enter your registered email address and new password, then click ‘Login’ to access your account.
