How To Change Your Registered Email Address

If you would like to change and update the email address linked to your LMS account. You'll need access to your current registered email inbox, since that's where we'll send the verification code to confirm the change. 

Steps:

Step 1: Go to the login page. Open your browser and visit www.10alytics.io/login

Step 2: Login with your email: Log in using your current registered email address to access your dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to your account profile: At the top right corner of your dashboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your name, then select Profile.

Step 4: Find the email section: Scroll down to the email box and click Change Email.

Step 5: Enter your new email: Type your new address into the New Email Address field, then click Send Verification Code. to receive a one-time code (OTP) to your previous email address to confirm it's really you.

Step 6: Verify with the OTP: Check your previous email inbox and enter the code you received.

Step 7: Log back in: Your email updates automatically, and you'll be returned to the login page. Login using your new email address.

Tips: If you don't see the OTP within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder before requesting a new one. Once the change is confirmed, your old email address will no longer work for logging in.
