How To Update Profile Information

Your profile is more than a name on the login page, it is what determines how we reach you, which class time you're scheduled for, and what's printed on your official records. If anything's outdated (an old phone number, a typo in your name, the wrong class time), it's easy to fix in a couple of minutes.

Step-by-step:

Step 1: Go to the login page. Open your browser and visit www.10alytics.io/login

Step 2: Login with your email: Log in using your current registered email address to access your dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to your account profile: At the top right corner of your dashboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your name, then select Profile from the three options shown (Profile, Toggle Theme, Log Out).

Step 4: Click the Update Profile button just below your current information.

Step 5: Edit the fields you need, scroll down and click on Complete Setup.

What you can update

• Name: Fix a typo or update how your name is displayed, this is what appears on your certificate at the end of your program, so make sure it's exactly right.
• Email address: Update this if you're switching to a new primary email. (If you're only having trouble logging in, that's a different process — see the How do I change my registered email address guide instead, since email changes there require OTP verification for security.)
• Phone number: Keep this current so you don't miss Class reminders, Announcements, or WhatsApp updates from your facilitators.
• Emergency contact details: Update this any time your emergency contact or their information changes.
• Location: Update your city/country if you've moved, this can also affect your assigned time-zone-based cohort.
• Profile picture: On the same profile screen, click the Change Picture button under your current photo (or the placeholder if you haven't set one) to upload a new one. A clear, professional headshot is best, it's how facilitators and peers will recognize you in your Pod Group.
• Preferred class time: Switch between the EU and NA cohort times if the current schedule no longer works for you.

Important note on class time changes

Your class time can only be changed once through your profile settings. If you need to change it again after that, email help@10alytics.io and our team will review and approve the request manually, this keeps cohort sizes balanced and makes sure you land in a group with steady classmates.
