We understand that circumstances can change after enrolling in a programme. If you need to cancel your enrolment and request a refund, the 10Alytics Support team is available to guide you through the process. This article covers "What you're eligible for", "How to request a refund", and "When to expect your money back".
What is the refund policy at 10Alytics?
Refunds are processed based on when your cancellation request is received, our Terms & Conditions. Eligibility ranges from a full refund to no eligibility depending on timing:
| When you cancel | What you're eligible for |
| More than 7 days before your program starts | 100% full refund |
| Less than 7 days before your program starts | 75% refund |
| 0–7 days after your program starts | 50% refund |
| More than 7 days to 2 weeks after your program starts | Not eligible |
A few special cases
- Program already in progress (beyond 2 weeks in): reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining training fees.
- Attendance affects eligibility: separately from the day-count timeline above, if you've attended about 3 or more live classes within your first month, you're no longer eligible for a refund.
- Deferrals & non-attendance: you have up to 1 month from your cohort's start date to defer. After that, your payment is considered utilized. 10Alytics isn't liable for missed sessions, and deferred or rescheduled sessions aren't eligible for a refund.
- Already deferred your cohort? you're no longer eligible for a refund after that point regardless of whether you went on to attend any classes.
- If 10Alytics cancels a program: you receive a 100% full refund, automatically, no action needed on your end.
Not sure a refund is what you actually need? If your schedule changed but you still want to take the course, deferring to a later cohort is usually the better option — it's free within the first month and doesn't cost you your spot. See Do I have to pay extra to defer my course? for details.
Q: I'm on an instalment plan, does my refund cover the full course price, or just what I've paid?
Your refund percentage applies only to what you've actually paid so far, not the full course price. For example, if you're eligible for a 75% refund and you've paid 2 of 5 instalments, you'll receive 75% of those two instalments, not 75% of the total course cost.

Q: How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, an approved refund is processed within 7–10 business days.
A note on payment method
Refunds are issued to the same bank account or card used at enrolment. If that card has expired or the account is closed, you'll need to renew your account or get a new card from the same bank, since we can only send funds to the bank originally used for payment.
Q: I'm no longer eligible for a refund, but I haven't started training yet and still want to take the course. What are my options?
You don't have to lose your investment. If you haven't started your training yet but you're unable to continue in present year, you can leave your payment on file as credit toward the course. Whenever you're ready to resume even the following year, you simply pay the difference between what you already paid and the course's price at that time, with no additional loss or penalty.
Alternatively, you can transfer your account to a family member or friend instead. see Can I transfer my account to a family member or friend? in the Account Creation & Registration section for details.
Q: Need help with a refund request?
If you're not sure whether you're eligible, or your situation doesn't fit neatly into the categories above, email help@10alytics.io with your enrolment details and we'll review it directly.
